“I predict Emma Carpenter will be famous someday. Her talent is that huge. Her first book, “Broncs, Bull and Biscuits, True Tales and Simple Recipes” showcases her creative gifts, courage, and considerable grit. Each chapter is a hilarious or wild wreck tale pulled from her life as part of a ranch and rodeo stock contractor family. Read it all in a sitting, or a little bit at a time whenever you need a laugh or a thrill!”

“Emma Carpenter has been around rodeo people her entire life, so she’s got plenty of tales to tell. Her down-home style of writing will have you anxious for each upcoming story. You’ll be tempted to read this book cover to cover in one sitting, but you may end up pausing to prepare a meal from one of the recipes that Emma has included at the end of each chapter. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.”

Broncs Bulls & Biscuits

This book is awesome though I’m not quite thru reading it! I’m so excited to have quiet time to finish it! I grew up in the rodeo world & I know some of the stories that Ms Emma has written about! This is a great book to gift for Christmas! If you grew up with a rodeo stock contractor in your family get this! Maybe you’ll want to write about your adventures!
