Shipping Locations

Where We Can Ship To

  • Throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands
  • USA P.O. Boxes
  • Domestic military bases

Where We Cannot Ship To

  • Military or diplomatic (APO, FPO, and DPO) addresses
  • Certain US territories (such as Guam and American Samoa)
  • Airports

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and clearly shown.


Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. Items ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed.


Returns / Damaged Items

Sorry, no returns.

However, if your item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 business days at carpenter@mailfence.com .

Please put “Damaged Package” in the subject line, and include at least one clear photo of the damaged package and contents. We will arrange for a replacement as soon as we can.

Please do not contact us by phone or text to report damaged items. We need an email from you, with at least one clear photo of the damaged package and contents, so that after we replace your item we can submit a claim to the post office. Thank you.

We have a very simple checkout, and there is no need to register to make a purchase.

Check or Money Order
You will be given a name and payment address during the check out process if you choose either “check” or “money order” as your payment method.

After your payment clears our bank we will process your order. Please allow a 1 day processing time, followed by shipping. Thank you!


Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added for locations shipped within the state of Kansas, USA.
